Our high-touch service model is an important point of pride and a foundation of our service at the Russell Wealth Management Group.  We contact our clients on a regular basis and speak with many of them as often as every 30 days.  We strive to cultivate a foundation of trust with our clients, meaning that we believe that it is just as important for us to call you with bad news when the market is down as it is to call you with great news when your account values are rising.  The Russell Wealth Management Group only uses voicemail after normal business hours.  If you call our office Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central, someone on the team should be there to assist you in person.
